Metal Chairs
This product should be examined at least every thirty (30) days for signs of damage, structural failure or instability. Missing, damaged or worn glides should be replaced and cracked or broken welds should be repaired immediately to avoid instability. Products should not be dropped or slammed down when being unstacked. If you notice anything unusual, take it out of service immediately and contact dealer from whom purchased.
Wood Chairs
Inspect critical structural components of chairs monthly including frame joints, screws, bolts, glides, legs and back supports. Remove from service any chair with cracked legs or back supports or with excessive wobbling in the frame structure. Tighten loose screws or bolts, be careful not to over tighten or strip out. Replace missing bolts or screws, using a size larger. If wood is split or hole is still too large, replace chair. Replace missing nail-in glides. Failure to do so may cause floor damage. Use a spot of epoxy glue if the leg end is worn. Structural repairs should only be made by a knowledgeable professional.
Teak Wood
Natural finish teak left to age naturally outside will gradually change to a soft, silver-grey as the pigments in the surface layer of the wood begin to fade away. After the first few exposures to water, you should also expect the surface grain to rise slightly. We recommend that you allow your teak furniture to weather naturally this way and simply clean thoroughly once or twice a year with our Teak Cleaner. Under no circumstances should a power washer be used to clean teak furniture as this will erode the surface. Because teak is a naturally oily wood, it is not possible to paint or varnish. Any paint or varnish applied will not adhere properly to the surface and after a short while will start to peel off. If you wish to retain the golden-brown color of the new teak we also offer a Teak Sealer. Application of Teak Sealer will not affect the strength or longevity of the furniture in any way, just its appearance. If you elect to use Teak Sealer you will be embarking on a regular maintenance program as Teak Sealer needs to be regularly re-applied to provide continuous protection. If you intend to store your furniture over the winter, we recommend that you do so in a water-tight garden shed or garage. However, we advise that you do not move teak furniture from the garden straight into a heated indoor room for storage, as the sharp differences in temperature and humidity may cause the wood to split. To protect teak surfaces from staining and to help maintain the silver-grey patina on weathered teak, we recommend using our Teak Protector. Teak Protector creates an almost invisible shield that helps to prevent food (coffee, ketchup, red wine, olive oil, etc.) from penetrating the teak and causing unsightly stains. Teak Protector also helps protect the wood against the ingress of moisture, the adhesion of dirt, and prevents mildew growth.

General Assembly Instructions
Tighten all screws simultaneously; do not fully tighten one by one. If a screw is stuck, do not apply extra force to tighten more. Loosen it, inspect threads and hole. There is a possibility of the screws getting loose by time for wood and metal combined bases. Inspect and tighten them during specific periods.
Warning
Products requiring adjustments or showing any signs of structural failure or abuse, should be taken out of service immediately to prevent any potential injury. We recommend not exceeding 250 lbs. limit for stools and chairs. Exterior factors such as; high loop carpets, tiles with wide grouts, laying back while sitting and etc may result in bent legs, cracks, loose joints. We highly recommend to observe usage difficulties in advance and try to find a resolution. Wooden products should not be exposed to high humid and dry environments. Wood Finishes
Coat wood surfaces with hard paste wax every three (3) to four (4) months, during the first year of use. After the first year, application can be less frequent. To clean: use a liquid cleaner-wax polish combination. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not expose to extreme temperatures or moisture. Water spills on the surface should be wiped off immediately. To repair scratches, use a wax repair stick.
Polypropylene Shell
Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Fiber Glass
Clean with warm water and household detergent. Apply a coat of automobile polish every three (3) months. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Leatherette
Use a liquid detergent suitable for cleaning vinyl. After cleaning, wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with warm water.
Textiles
Cleaning methods vary based on type of fabrics. Spills should be wiped off immediately with a cloth. For overall cleaning, professional service recommended. Fabrics with a protective coating should have it reapplied once a year. Wipe off spilled food from frames and upholstery as quickly as possible, using a damp cloth with mild soap solution if necessary. Do not use harsh detergents or chemical cleaners.
Marble
Our marble tops are sealed and polished to protect against stains. Marble tops should only be wiped with damp cloth, avoid using any type of detergent. It is strongly recommended to wipe your marble top immediately when acidic beverages or lemon spills. You may polish your marble every 6 months for protection and a newer look.
